Notes:
DOW is our quintessential Quartermaster. He delights
in his ability to barter with the ladies. A little
sweet here and a little silk stocking there with
cheesy wotsits everywhere! When he's not overseeing
the
holiday larder
he can be found in the lounge laughing and flirting
with the ladies or in his quarters reading quietly.
He has a special relationship with
Cindy
as she volunteers her spare time to help him keep
the storeroom tidy.
