Fair & Square Milestones™
All spammed milestones will be marked on the List o' Landmarks with a
against them.
For the purposes of B.I.S. List o' Landmarks spam is defined as follows:
Double spam
If the 999 post and the 000 post are posted by the same poster in the
same TMF minute it will be categorised as a spam LM.
Triple spam
If there are 3 or more posts by the same poster in the same TMF minute
in the 6 posts up to, and including, the 000 post (i.e. xxx995 to xxx000)
it will be categorised as a spam LM.
Decorator's Exception
If the same poster has posted 18 or more of the 20 posts up to, and
including, the 000 post (i.e. xxx981 to xxx000) then so long as that
poster makes no more than 4 posts in any TMF minute in those 20 posts,
the post will NOT be categorised as a spam LM.
Lunatic's Freedom
If the same poster has posted 95 or more of the previous 100 posts, he
or she can do what the heck they want to, no argument.
The Doppel Convention
For the purposes of these rules a poster and any doppel he controls will
be considered to be a single poster.
